A product prioritization plan that’s poorly defined is barely better than no plan at all. More than picking a single framework, you and the team need to be on the same page about it. To prioritize collaboratively across an organization takes defined vision, continual evaluation, and flexibility as much as prioritizing your product backlog. Ask yourselves: What makes a feature more or less important? Who gets input and who holds the final decisions? Are you currently aligned on priorities, and have those priorities actually been serving the overall business goals?
