What we loved:

If you weren’t totally sold on the concept of a social media audit before picking up this book, you probably will be by the end. It does an absolutely great job just delivering on what it promised, with a well-organized flow and plenty of how-to. We’re especially fans of the extra resources they offer at the end (it’s promotional but it works!), which feel like a great next step.

What we didn't love:

While this ebook cool, eye-catching design, the layout itself is a little helter-skelter. It’s more difficult to read and skim than necessary. We also think the advice here could be a little more targeted. Meltwater seems to be talking to entrenched social media managers but then goes on to outline a lot of details they would already be familiar with. Is this a guide for beginners or those well-versed in SMM?
