What we loved:

We love the incredibly helpful about page spelling out what this guide is, who it’s for, and what you should learn by the end of it. It seems to have pushed out the table of contents entirely, but with a short, single topic ebook like this, that isn’t the end of the world. The organization is nice and direct: provide context, share a 5-step method, brief overview as an outro.

What we didn't love:

This free ebook would benefit from a serious redesign. We also think the “conversational” aspect is played up just a bit much. It feels more like a starter guide to ABM best practices, with a dash of conversational strategy.
