Summary:

Asana’s free ebook on OKRs delivers (and with style). It’s not a topic you’d think of as narratively fulfilling and yet...It creates a nice thread from Andy Grove and the creation of OKRs to their modernization through what’s called the Pyramid of Clarity — basically a good way to align your teams under an OKR framework. That’s some harcore biz-vision speak but from that point on it’s all very good actionable insights
