What we didn't love:

This free ebook is just a little too excited about sales engagement. Not in a good, passionate way. More in an everything-is-on-fire, I-really-wish-I-could-use-all-caps kind of way.

Summary:

There’s not much to say about this free guide. It’s ok? 🤷‍♀️ From the design to the content, everything is very ok. It’s definitely not bad, but it’s definitely not good either.

If you’re looking for starter resources on sales engagement, this is probably the book for you. It’s theoretical and comprehensive, and definitely a quick read. There’s even some actionable advice scattered throughout.

We’re just not sure Outreach’s brand of sales engagement is, as they say, “your radical lifeline for revenue efficiency.”
