Is the reverse ever possible — layering PLG motions on top of a sales-led framework?
This is an incredible, definitive product-led sales resource, and useful for every SaaS team, from go-to-motion to customer and higher stakeholders. Because of course, like a traditional product-led growth framework, product-led sales doesn't happen in a silo (we're trying to say this is essential reading). Despite huge amounts of text here, the design does keep things fresh, and generally pushes the flow along.
The length on this bad boy is ridiculous. It’s absolutely comprehensive and impressive, but there is truly so much information and content packed in here from top to bottom that you do feel like you're trying to wade through 140 pages. Points off for that. Instead, for the sake of the reader, we'd love to see more space to breathe, and perhaps, by necessity, some consolidation.
