This is equal parts ebook and workbook, splitting the difference between offering explanation and providing opportunities to apply what you've learned. It's a quick read, to the point and especially good as a beginner's intro to outbound/inside sales/SDR. There are helpful tips for each of these circumstances, and the advice will work for single salespersons or small teams.
The mish-mash between "time to read" and "time to fill-in-the-blank" gives us an ebook that's a bit difficult to scan through but really easy to use as worksheets. Basically, we wish the actual text of the book was a little smaller or more compact on the page. Also to that end, we'd also love to see more to the explanatory portions, and dig a little deeper into the introductory concepts.
