What we didn't love:

There isn't any specialized advice for dealing with different demographics or products.

Summary:

This free guide focuses on writing outbound email subject lines, which is arguably one of the most important parts of the outbound email. It cites external data on hot topics like emoji use and personalization, and goes the extra mile with an Outreach-conducted A/B test of 2k emails. 

Our favorite chapter is definitely the last one, in which Outreach provides recommended email subject line templates and breaks complete with tested open rates and reflections on why they work.
