This free guide on workplace happiness and productivity is backed by original research. It's part survey report and part action playbook. Wrike makes sure that for every myth they dispel, they provide a new way forward for organizations or managers themselves to follow. We also thought it was laid out super well, with a focus on easy readability.
We'd love to see a better breakdown of what's being examined here. Meaningful work comes up a lot, and of course “happiness” is a central topic. It'd be useful to understand what specific meanings these held for the 4,000 workers surveyed. Diversity was also mentioned for just the briefest second, and we'd love to see more done with that thread.
