Summary:

We kind of want to like this ebook on sales call etiquette. It feels pretty cheerful and the points it’s trying to make are fairly succinct. We also learned 15 different country phone codes. But honestly it reminds us of a middle school book report presentation. Where the heck are your cited sources to be recommending this so confidently? We can’t say if it’s accurate or not, but at the very end, the Telephone Do’s, Don’ts, and Tactics do seem legit (if obvious…”don’t be rude.”)
