What we loved:

The real-life stories from things outside of the tech world added a delightful (albeit unnecessary) touch. It kept us engaged through the pages of theory we already expected from a book on design thinking.

Summary:

At first glance, this free resource seemed so beautiful, so actionable, so much fun to read — we were sad to give it anything less than a perfect score. Unfortunately, the key links in the book are broken, exercise links go to insecure pages or don't work at all. Bad look for an ebook about design.
