Move to execution: create, iterate, and track progress. Finish it off with review: get stakeholder approval and consider lessons learned. What we loved:

Examples of the planning, execution, review framework as applied to different workflows

What we didn't love:

Not 100% sure we needed quite so much validation of workflow benefits

Summary:

If there’s one thing we know about Asana (and it’s really highlighted in this ebook), it’s that they’re work management experts. They’ve broken down the workflow process into simple terms. Plan, execute, review. It’s easy to remember and maybe even easier to apply to your projects. They didn’t need to sell us on it as much as this workflow ebook suggests, but we appreciate the social proof and if-then approach linking your workflow to business success.
