What we loved:

Simply put, well-organized, and easy to follow. This is a brief selling guide, but it really does make the most of its page count. We found it useful and actionable.

What we didn't love:

We could have done with a little less self-promotion. Fortunately, its implementation doesn’t hurt the content here. It’s just that with such a short ebook, a whole page of quotes from happy Phocas customers is actually a pretty significant chunk! We’d prefer if they let their software capabilities speak for themselves, because that actually fits in perfectly while discussing info gathering and data monitoring.
