What we loved:

Overall, a nicely comprehensive guide to customer growth. It’s written in a simple, how-to manner and spells out in the beginning what exact goals you’ll be working toward. It even makes sure to mention which parts of the process will be most difficult and require the most attention to get right.

What we didn't love:

This is an actionable ebook in that it tells you what you need to do to unlock a customer growth plan. But it falls a little short in explaining how to do those things. One of the steps is to implement a Voice of the Customer program. And how do you do so? You’ll just have to find a whole other resource to answer that question.
