The intro promises a book that's "packed with best practices and actionable advice for defeating the most common challenges organizations encounter while trying to establish an internal feedback system." There are definitely best practices and the advice is technically actionable, but after a promise like that, we were expecting some get-your-hands-dirty worksheets.
