The tone. Like the sales calls it talks about, this free ebook is conversational and upbeat. At first it felt a little too casual, but as we read more and more, it really grew on us! Ironically, this is not unlike the advice the book gives on the ideal tone to use during a sales call.
This free business book takes a very shallow look at factors that make a sales call more or less persuasive. We would have loved to see some deeper dives in places, but then it might have gotten unruly.
True to its name, this is a very short guide on making persuasive sales calls. It covers all the basics (like knowing your customers and product) and adds in some points you might not have realized (telemarketing is also about establishing relationships!)
