What we didn't love:

So. Much. Text. This free ebook relies on a few headers, ornamental graphics, and lots of very poorly-written body text to get the point across.

Summary:

If you have never made, seen, or even heard of interactive walkthroughs or dynamic user onboarding flows, you might find some value in this book. Then again, if you fall into that category, you probably wouldn’t be reading this book in the first place.

We did get through it in 15 minutes, and the part about interactive knowledge bases was really interesting as a concept, but overall the free ebook was just too clunky for our tastes.
